We have helped professional athletes who were in need of guidance, not only get back on track and to continue to perform a sport they love, but to go on to play at the highest caliber, even in championship games! We have worked with firms and organizations to identify ways to improve business practices and achieve optimal organizational performance. Lastly, we have worked with individuals in all capacities. As a certified EEO Counselor, we have successfully negotiated settlements between individuals and their employer effectively providing opportunities for all parties involved to move forward in a fair and productive manner.
